Our client is an international group in Services Business Segment  with a strong presence throughout Brazil positioned in the top five lists worldwide and in the top three in Brazil.

Fluency in English is essential to this position as will report and interact with other units around the world. SOX implementation and strong USGAAP knowledge are also basic requirements.

This executive will report to Executive Director and the team will be composed by the following areas and respective managers: Taxes, Controllership, Finance, Billing and Collection, Treasury and Internal Controls.

The professional mission will be organize and structure the financial area through effective and reliable management, ensuring accuracy information, efficiency and efficacy, enabling the control  of established results. Besides that will train and technically coach the team.

Also will be part of Management Committee, together with other areas executives, participating in collective decisions about strategy and daily basis operations. Strong leadership skills and ability to interact with different points of view and paradigms are necessary.

The candidate should be also available for eventual changes into Brazil estates.
